Lala Earth's once-a-year maple syrup offering is here! For weeks, Lauren and her husband, Liam, carry 5-gallon buckets filled to the brim with sap and bring it closer to the outdoor fire near their Vermont homestead.

Once they start boiling, they do so for about a week straight: constantly lifting, stoking, and tending (did you know it takes about 40 gallons of sugar maple sap to equal 1 gallon of syrup?). Infused into this magical gift from the maple tree are pounds of wild and organically grown Vermont mushrooms like chaga and turkey tail, astragalus, and whole vanilla beans.

It is earthy and sweet...and the absolute perfect addition to coffee, tea, oatmeal, or pancakes!

Founded by community herbalist and homesteader Lauren Murphy, Lala Earth is an ode to the land and the magic of plants.
