In 2012, April Jacobson-Hardy tasted ghee for the first time while studying yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine. Full Moon Ghee was born 2 years later as an addition to her Sweet Birch Herbals product line and now she's infusing herbs, spices, cacao, and local maple cream into the most recent varieties.
