Lovingly made with heirloom Frantoio olives grown on small family farms on California's Central Coast and blended with garlic, ROSETTE is bursting with freshness and flavor - in gratitude to it being cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest. Robust, rounded, and smooth, ROSETTE is ideal for pasta, pizza, noodles, eggs, roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, bread, and roasted vegetables. Founded by Aishwarya Iyer, Brightland was birthed from her personal experience. When she and her husband started to get into cooking, they expected to improve their wellbeing and boost their confidence in the kitchen. Instead, they had a bad experience. After eliminating likely culprits like cheese and bread, they believed - much to their surprise - that the cause was the olive oil they were using. So Aishwarya did some research and quickly discovered the olive oil industry has had a history of problems and that not all olive oils are created equally: there are both good and bad quality products out there. 

Her personal experience inspired the idea for Brightland, which was born out of a desire for time-honored food production - and a deep belief in the land and what it provides. Aishwarya’s ancestors were salt farmers in South India; the land provided for them, and in turn they provided salt for people in the South. It’s a beautiful cycle when left untouched. She believes in the California sun and soil, and the beautiful olives, grapes and fruit they yield. It’s her wish that Brightland products provide abundant nourishment to you and the people you love for many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to come.

Brightland carefully sources their olives from family-run California farms, then craft them into custom-blended oils. Their sole ingredient comes from trees that live on for thousands of years; so you can rest assured that what you’re putting into your body is straight from the earth. It’s grounded. It’s good for you. It’s never seen a lab.
