An incredibly delicious and savory blend, Wild Ramp unites Goddess Ghee's extra grass-fed ghee - which is made with patiently-cultured cream from cows that graze on grass in green pastures on small farms - with fresh, tender wild ramp leaves (wildcrafted from a source that is respectful of the wild places and the sacred harvest). The result is a true wild ramp taste: a cross between a leek, garlic, and green onion...and this holy trinity creates a truly divine-tasting ghee. And as a rich source of selenium (which supports immune function), chromium (needed for blood-sugar regulation), iron (for production of healthy blood cells), and choline (needed for brain development), these wild greens are a true gift from the forest.

A kitchen staple that is as nourishing and nutritional as it is versatile, ghee can handle temps up to 485 degrees, is lactose and casein free, loaded with highly bioavailable vitamins A, D, E, and K, and rich in butyric acid, which supports a healthy gut microbiome and a balanced gastrointestinal system. Exceptionally healthy and providing deep nourishment, we especially love Royal Butter in oatmeal, baked goods, teas, and coffee, on pancakes and toasts, or added into smoothies and tonics. Unsalted + cultured grass-fed butter infused with fresh wild ramp leaves

Perfect baked into cookies, muffins, added to oatmeal, gently melted and blended into smoothies, or added to morning tea brews. Simply add 1-2 teaspoons to tea or coffee and blend on high for 2 minutes (check that the lid is securely on!).

Marion began slowly: selling at farmer’s markets with a baby wrapped on her and a toddler running around - not imagining that Goddess Ghee would outgrow her in the ways She has. Marion is passionate about being an integral piece of Earth, food as medicine, resilient and sovereign living, primal motherhood, the arts, ritual, magic, and mysticism. Devoted to sharing this medicine and holding a vision of supporting a beautiful and simple way of life, Marion hopes that this medicine nourishes everyone it touches.
