Shipping + Returns

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed up with loads of love and intention and on its way to you. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

U.S. Orders

Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping is free for U.S. orders $250 and above. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $10. We also offer USPS Priority Mail Express for $60. 

International Orders

We currently offer shipping outside of the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping rates vary based upon destination, package weight + dimensions, and shipping speed.

Note on international duties and taxes: Our shipping charges do not include international customs fees, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs fees are paid.

Note on international returns and refunds:  For returns outside of the United States, we cannot refund shipping fees. We are not responsible for refunds if packages are refused due to high duties and taxes, or if packages or specific items cannot clear customs due to your country’s restrictions.

International Delivery Support

For our international customers, we are honored to send our creations across the globe. To ensure smooth delivery, some carriers (such as UPS or DHL) may require additional information - like a phone number or extra customs details - once your package is in transit.

If this information is requested, we will reach out via email as soon as we are notified. Please note that carriers often require a response within a short timeframe (typically 24–72 hours).

If we do not receive the requested information within that window:

  • The carrier may mark the package as undeliverable
  • The shipment may be returned or disposed of by the carrier
  • We are unable to recover or reimburse international shipping costs or product costs once the order has been fulfilled

In the event that a package is not delivered due to missing or delayed information:

  • We are happy to provide a gift card in the amount of the products (excluding shipping)
  • We are unable to offer refunds for shipping fees or carrier-related losses

Delays

Occasionally packages may be delayed due to a routing/sorting mistake or weather conditions. Please allow three weeks for delivery of your package within the US (we've found that even if there has been no update in the system, these packages tend to show up within three weeks). For international orders, please allow 45 days from the day of shipment for the delivery of your package.

If the package has not shown up within three weeks (or after 45 days from shipment for international orders), please reach out to us at hello@honorearthapothecary.com and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If a package sent via UPS or DHL appears to be lost, please contact the private carrier's office in your country to help locate your package.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to hello@honorearthapothecary.com and we will happily work with you to rectify the issue.

Returns

Because of the handmade, intentional, and unique nature of the products we carry, as well as our own commitment to reduce waste, we do not accept returns at this time. We are happy to include samples of creations you'd like to try with your order - please leave us a note upon checkout letting us know what you'd like to sample. You may also visit our Free Samples page to select a free deluxe sample with your purchase.
