What are your standards for the products you carry?

Here at Honor Earth, we curate goods that are heart-crafted with the utmost reverence for Mother Earth. For us, it's beyond natural. Yes, purity is vital. We believe in the power of plants and their phenomenal wisdom. But beyond the ingredients, is the sourcing of those ingredients: the soil from which they came, the farmers who farmed them with so much love and care, the way in which they are processed once received by the artisan makers. The creations here at Honor Earth are about the process: from seed to bottle, we are committed to working with makers who bring creations into being with intentionality, sustainability, and transparency as their lifeblood. We also consider how much of the product is created in-house (e.g., are the herbs for a particular tincture grown on the herbalist's own beyond-organic land? Are the extracts macerated in-house for many moons? And what about that hydrosol - has it been slowly and tenderly steam distilled utilizing the maker's own copper still?). We look for small-batch makers who care so deeply about not only what they are creating, but how they create it and how it impacts the Earth.

Are all the creations you carry cruelty-free?

Yes, indeed they are.   

What materials do you use for shipping?

Our shipping boxes are 100% recycled - 95% of which is post-consumer content - and manufactured here in the United States; they are fully recyclable and biodegradable. We use water-activated tape that is also fully recyclable and biodegradable, and requires less material to seal than its counterparts. Within the packages, we use GreenWrap to provide protective padding for products. It is naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable. All other packaging paper used is 100% recycled, recyclable, compostable, and made in the USA. Our shipping labels are 100% recycled, recyclable, and utilize Recycle Compatible Adhesive (making it easy for recyclers and paper pulpers to process packages with these labels on them).

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes! We offer e-gift cards here.

Do you offer samples?

We are happy to include samples with any order. Please leave us a note with your order upon checkout to let us know what you'd like to try. 

What about discounts and sales?

We rarely offer discounts or host sales to honor the dedication, commitment, and integrity of our phenomenal makers (please note that Josh Rosebrook, Laurel Skin, May Lindstrom, and Vintner's Daughter always refrain from discount eligibility). However, we do offer our Radiance Rewards program, in which 5 points are earned for every $1 spent, with gift vouchers at three levels (500 points redeemable for a $5 gift card, 1,000 points redeemable for a $10 gift card, and 2,000 points redeemable for a $20 gift card).

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Do you accept returns?

Because of the handmade, intentional, and unique nature of the products we carry, as well as our own commitment to reduce waste, we do not accept returns at this time.

My item arrived damaged or defective, what should I do?

What are your operating hours?

Honor Earth Apothecary is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and our hours are Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm EST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
