With cooling and restorative lemon balm, grounding and calming tulsi, nervous system-supportive and nourishing milky oats, relaxing and tension-relieving chamomile, comforting and renewing skullcap, nutrient-dense and supportive nettle, nutritive and antioxidant-rich alfalfa, and uplifting and radiant st. john’s wort.
