Swishing with oil - "oil pulling" - is an ancient Ayurvedic practice used throughout ancient India and Egypt in which you gently swish oil in the mouth and pull it through your teeth so that the oil draws impurities to itself, restoring balance to the entire oral environment; when the oil is released, toxins and odor-causing bacteria go with it. Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue using a tongue scraper as part of your usual morning routine. Remove the stopper and take approx. 1 tsp of oil. Swish 2-5 mins (the longer the better!). Discard oil into the trash. Do not swallow. Rinse optional. With the appropriately sized sip, our oil will last up to 4-6 weeks. Don't forget to floss and upgrade your toothbrush every three months. Pro Tip: No need to shake the bottle prior to your sip!
