Incredibly easy to make, these no-bake bites not only satisfy our sweet tooth, but also pack a nutritional punch. Tahini takes center stage here: a silky blend of toasted sesame seeds jam-packed with calcium, magnesium, protein, and B vitamins. Its nutty richness adds a whole new dimension of yum. Sprinkle in collagen for a protein boost, luminous pearl powder for a radiant glow, and raw cacao for pure bliss, and voila - these Tahini Collagen Bites might just steal the show as your latest irresistible indulgence!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
3/4 cup einkorn flour
2 scoops collagen
1 tsp pearl powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons sliced raw cacao or 4 tablespoons chocolate chips
A couple of pinches of flaky/finishing salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
2. Use a small cookie/ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop out little balls of dough and place on parchment-lined plate or pan.
3. Sprinkle the tops of the bites with salt.
4. Freeze for a few hours. Transfer to a container and store in freezer. Enjoy!
