Mushroom Immunity | immune, clarity, gut health

Forest Folk Fungi

Mushroom Immunity | immune, clarity, gut health

$30.00

Forest Folk Fungi's classic blend! This formula  - made in deep reverence and cooperation with foraged and organically-grown fungi in the mountains of southern Appalachia - contains nine highly revered mushroom allies traditionally known to promote wellness of mind, body, and spirit. These beings have been extensively researched for their role in promoting emotional equilibrium, balancing immune function, bringing clarity of mind, and supporting the body's detoxification processes. These fungal friends pair with organic blueberries and cardamom to make this blend as delicious and it is efficacious.

2fl oz/60ml

Responsibly wildcrafted Reishi (Ganoderma tsugae*, G. lucidum), Artist's Conk (G. Applanatum)*, Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor)*, Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)*, Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus)*, Coral Tooth (H. coralloides)*, Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Maitake (Grifola frondosa)*, organic blueberries, organic cardamom, raw honey, certified non-gmo cane spirits, wild spring water

*Chaga is currently being over-harvested in the wild. To protect this important medicine we must protect our mature forests and educate ourselves about responsible wildcrafting. What does this mean at Forest Folk?

1. They limit their annual chaga use and harvest to 5 lbs or less. If they sell out, they sell out.
2. When wildcrafting, they always leave behind at least 25% of a chaga conk to allow for regrowth.
3. They make medicine for customers, then use the "leftover" chaga grounds up to 10 times in their home kitchen for personal use.
4. There is no guarantee that they will continue to formulate with chaga. They evaluate this decision every year.
5. They place great value on our forests, working to protect them locally and supporting those acting on a more global scale.

Take 1 dropperful 2-3 times daily for immune system education. Never give raw honey to babies younger than a year old.

Forest Folk Fungi is a medicinal mushroom apothecary located in the foothills of Appalachia. Founded in 2015 by Ali and Joe Banks, who are cultivators, medicine makers, and gardeners, Forest Folk offerings are created by honoring strict wildcrafting practices that value ecosystems over profit. Ali and Joe believe deeply in reciprocity with nature; in operating in a way that reveals deep reverence for Mother Earth. Like gathering only what they need and have the capacity to process and no more, choosing mature specimens that have already sporulated abundantly, carrying mesh foraging bags to aid in spore dispersal, and deferring to the wisdom and wishes of the indigenous. They create - and live - in phenomenal integrity. Always asking how they can deepen their expression of respect for the forest. How they can deepen their integrity in all they create.
