The Intention

A seasonal treat, this stimulating and strengthening digestive tonic is rich in the minerals and vitamins that our bodies crave at this time of year. The high quercetin content in nettles, in addition to Hudson Valley bee pollen, make this blend ideal for building tolerance to seasonal allergies before their onset. The sour flavor from the infusion of chickweed, cleavers, dandelion, and violet, is especially favored in the spring because it stimulates the liver and helps aid in detoxification and digestion.

The Ingredients

All organic or wild: hudson valley apple cider vinegar, nettle, chickweed, cleavers, dandelion root and leaf, violet, hudson valley bee pollen

The Ritual

Add a splash to a glass of warm water first thing in the morning or before a meal, to enhance digestion. Enjoy in soups, massaged into salad greens with olive oil and a pinch of salt to help open up the salad greens (making them easier to digest and increasing bioavailability of nutrients), or straight from the bottle!
