- The Ramblin' Bee Story
Handcrafted with devotion and patience, The Ramblin' Bee Hand-Dipped Beeswax Taper Candles embody the quiet beauty of imperfection and the sacred labor of the hive. Made from pure beeswax and cotton wicks, each candle carries the subtle, natural scent of the bees themselves - sweet, slightly musky, and delicately floral - a fragrance that evokes sunlit fields and honeyed air. Every taper is individually dipped 30 to 50 times, forming gentle variations that make each pair one of a kind. Created by beekeeper Morgan Curtis, founder of The Ramblin’ Bee in historic downtown Gallatin, Tennessee these candles are a heartfelt extension of her life’s work with the honeybees who pollinate local farms and inspire her craft. Burn them as a ritual of grounding, gratitude, and connection...to the bees, to the maker, and to the quiet warmth of handmade light.
Two taper candles, each abougt 5oz + measuring approx. 8'' tall
100% raw, untreated, undyed beeswax and cotton wick
They burn for an average of 1'' every half hour. Be cautious of hot wax drips.
Queen Bee Morgan Curtis fell in love with the art of bees and beekeeping early in adulthood. Learning from local beekeepers, she began by caring for the honeybees and has since dedicated her life to working with these amazing pollinators. With a couple hundred hives full of bees who serve local farmers and produce local honey, Morgan cut her teeth by selling her wares in local shops and farmers markets. Then, in March of 2022, she finally opened the doors to her own brick-and-mortar honey house: The Ramblin' Bee. Located in historic Downtown Gallatin at 220 E Main Street, The Ramblin' Bee serves up an array of local honey, bee pollen, beeswax candles, bee-related home goods, and beekeeping supplies.
